1、 How to Choose a Crystal Glass Bottle

1. Listen to the sound. When tapping a craft glass wine bottle with your hand, the sound you hear is different. In the wine bottle factory, the crystal material has a higher pitch and a lingering sound, while in the glass product, the pitch is lower and there is no echo



2. Look at the weight of the container. For containers of the same volume, crystal materials are heavier than glass materials, while glass materials are lighter



3. Look at the refractive index. Under the same light, the refractive index of crystal products is higher than that of glass, which can transmit seven rainbow lights. 2、 What are the main chemical components of glass

Glass can be divided into non oxide glass and oxide glass according to its main components. There are few types and quantities of non oxide glass, mainly including sulfur based glass and halide glass. Oxide glass is also divided into silicate glass, borate glass, phosphate glass, etc. Oxide glass is usually divided into:



1. Quartz glass



Silica content of quartz glass is more than 99.5%, with low coefficient of thermal expansion, * * *, good chemical stability, ultraviolet and infrared light transmission, high melting temperature, high viscosity, and difficult molding. Quartz glass is mostly used in semiconductor, electric light source, photoconductive communication, laser and other technologies and optical instrument



2. High silica glass



The silica content of high silica glass is about 96%, and its properties are similar to those of quartz glass



3. Sodium calcium glass



Sodium calcium glass is mainly composed of silicon dioxide, and also contains 15% sodium oxide and 16% calcium oxide. It is low-cost, easy to form, and suitable for large-scale production. Its output accounts for 90% of practical glass. Sodium calcium glass can be used to produce glass bottles, flat glass, utensils, light bulbs, etc
