Molded glass bottles are produced by using molds. Its advantage is not that it is easy to break. It can be produced according to the molds. The packaging of wine bottles is different. The characters and lines are all produced according to the mold, glasscookware.
Molded glass bottles are widely used in the market, food companies, medicinal value fields (such as infusion sets, large-space oral liquid bottles, wind essential oil bottles, safflower oil bottles, etc.), daily chemical industry (such as essential oil bottles, cream bottles, etc.) , day cream bottle, etc.), health care product companies (flaky capsule bottle, health care product bottle, etc.)
Molded glass bottles are produced with molds. The occurrence of mold seams and die lines, cracks at the bottom of the bottle, insufficient internal working pressure, and insufficient thermal shock resistance are all caused by the poor condition of the mold. Therefore, the quality of the mold is not good. It can directly endanger the quality of the molded glass bottle. We open the whole generator set mold to ensure the quality of the mold, and ensure the quality of the glass bottle from the root cause. Glass bottles do not have product quality problems.
So how do we often repair the mold?
First, mold cleaning, cleaning the initial mold, forming mold, punch and die, it is recommended to use the dry test jet method for cleaning;
Second, for the first inspection, comprehensively inspect the dimensional tolerance specifications, volume and mold pig iron of the initial mold and the composite mold, and record the relevant data information on the mold inspection sheet and maintenance sheet.
Third, basically overhaul and repair the damaged position, spray welding on the position of the die seam, and spray welding on all the tightly connected parts; adjust the joint part of the initial mold and the bulky head, and carry out milling for the joint part of the die to solve the problem. The die plate is used for printing and extruding taps, and the die parts and die are ground and solved.
Fourth, the final inspection, the maintenance of the initial model and the composite model is completed, and the final inspection should be performed with a micrometer, a micrometer and a thread plug gauge.
The above maintenance procedures are slightly different from the timely maintenance of molds in the production process or the preparation of molds for replacement. Before loading the mold into the bottle maker, it is critical to re-inspect the mold components or complete molds that have already been repaired. In order to better ensure the reliability of manufacturing standards, all key specifications and main parameters must be kept consistent with the original design specifications and models.
Especially in the production of lightweight bottles, critically in the glass bottle factory, the materials of the molds and fittings need to be taken care of. For example, the punching material used by the mouth pressure and blowing operation needs to have sufficient reliability. If the internal metal object on the surface of the punching needle falls, it is likely to adhere to the inner surface of the empty bottle to produce "black spots", which greatly reduces the impact resistance and other physical performance parameters of the molded glass bottle.
