Choose how to use the wine cup

1. A good professional wine cup must be elegant, soft, smooth, warm, round, thin, light and pleasant in weight. On the one hand, it has excellent beauty and touch, on the other hand, it can make the wine fully contact with the air, and the temperature, concentration, harmony, uniformity and richness are all beautifully displayed. In addition, it must have crystal clear texture and excellent transparency, so that the wine taster can observe the color, clarity, bubbles and gradation of the wine completely,  glass cookware     .

2. The cup made by hand and machine is very similar in appearance, but the price is far from each other. As long as you observe carefully, the handmade cup is particularly delicate and refined in radian. If you touch the foot of the cup with your fingers, the machine cup can often feel a thin seam running straight through from top to bottom, which is not difficult to identify.

3. It is better not to pour too much red Baijiu into the glass. Generally speaking, it is enough to pour about 1/2~1/3 of the glass, but champagne can be poured to about 1/2~2/3, so as to enjoy the beautiful golden color and bubbles.

4. When holding the wine glass, it is better to hold the foot or base of the glass gently with your fingers, and shake the glass gently before drinking to make the wine gas diffuse and facilitate the smell. Don't hold the body of the cup with the palm of your hand, so as not to affect the wine temperature.

A good wine glass can increase the visual attraction and enhance the beauty of wine.

Wine connoisseurs agree that each wine needs a special glass to produce a distinctive aroma. For example, drinking rich Burgundy wine in a narrow cup will make the space for wine to swirl small, but the wine aroma is produced by swirling. The cup must also be properly thinned to the top, so that the wine aroma can be retained while sipping. Generally, the foot of the glass must be long enough to prevent hands from touching the body of the glass, which will affect the temperature and even the aroma of the wine.

A. Water: wide mouth short foot cup, can hold the cup foot to keep the cold water temperature.

B. Brandy: place the brandy narrow-mouthed large-bellied wine glass between your hands, rub it, and then warm the glass with your hands to produce brandy aroma.

C. White wine: a cup with a slightly wider mouth to intercept the aroma of wine, and hold the foot of the cup to keep its cold temperature.

D. Burgundy red wine: use a wide glass to promote its complex wine aroma. This glass is slightly higher than the white wine glass.

E. Champagne: a narrow cup with grooves to reduce the surface area of the wine and prevent bubbles from dissipating.

F. Red wine: the larger one in the glass, held at the connection between the body and the foot of the glass.
