1. Customize the thickness of the double-layer glass, which can be measured with a thickness caliper 10mm below the edge of the mouth
2. The outer diameter of the cup opening can be measured with a vernier caliper，glass cookware .
3. The outer diameter of the bottom of the cup can be measured with a vernier caliper.
4. For the height of the cup body, the vertical distance from the mouth of the cup to the bottom of the cup can be measured with a vernier caliper.
5. The thickness of the bottom of the cup, the depth gauge of the vernier caliper can be extended vertically into the inside of the cup to the center of the bottom. Write down the reading, and then measure the height of the cup with a vernier caliper to record the reading. The difference between the two readings minus the height of the bottom recess is the bottom thickness of the cup.
6. The height of the cup is low and it can be measured with a 900 square ruler. Place the sample cup to be tested on a horizontal surface, place one side of the square ruler perpendicular to the plane and on the same plane as the central axis of the sample cup, rotate the sample cup while using a straight ruler. The difference between the maximum and minimum values from the mouth of the cup to the other side of the corner is the low skewness of the cup height.
After measuring these parameters of the sample cup, some data can be modified according to the needs, and mass production can be carried out only after it is completely determined, so as to prevent the produced glass cups from not meeting the requirements, increasing costs and causing waste.
