Glass refers to the cup made of glass. It is usually made of high borosilicate glass, which is fired at a high temperature of more than 600 degrees. It is a new type of environment-friendly tea cup, which is increasingly favored by people.

classification

Structurally classified

The glass is divided into double-layer glass and single-layer glass. Its production process is different. The double-layer glass is mainly suitable for the needs of advertising glass. The logo of the company can be printed on the inner layer to promote gifts or gifts, and the thermal insulation effect is more outstanding   .

Material and purpose classification

Crystal glass, glass office cup, glass mouth cup, tailless glass, tailless glass. The heat preservation time of the tail cup is shorter than that of the vacuum cup. The tailless cup is a vacuum cup with long heat preservation time, glass cookware  .
structure

Due to the similarities and differences of the glass materials, the design process mainly includes screen printing and floral paper baking.

Screen printing is monochrome, simple in design, and the way of printing ink by plate making.

The colored paper can be in many colors, but usually it cannot have gradient colors, such as standard red, yellow and blue.

Purchase method

1. Whiteness: no obvious color is required for the exposed glass.

2. Bubbles: A certain number of bubbles with a certain width and length are allowed, but bubbles that can be punctured by steel needles are not allowed.

3. Transparent knot: refers to the glass body with uneven melting. For the glass cup with a capacity of less than 142mL, there shall be no more than one glass cup with a length of no more than 1.0mm; For the glass cup with a volume of 142~284mL, no more than one glass cup with a length of no more than 1.5mm is allowed, and the transparency knot of 1/3 of the cup body is not allowed.

4. Miscellaneous particles: refers to opaque granular debris, with a length of no more than 0.5mm and no more than 1.

5. Cup mouth roundness: refers to the cup mouth is not round, and the difference between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter is not more than 0.7~1.0mm. 6. Stripes: no obvious visual inspection at a distance of 300mm is allowed.

7. Low cup height deviation (low cup height deviation): the height difference between the highest and lowest part of a cup body is not more than 1.0~1.5mm.

8. Thickness difference of cup mouth: no more than 0.5~0.8mm

9. Shearing marks: refers to stripes or centipede-like cutting marks, no more than one with a length of no more than 20~25 mm and a width of no more than 2.0 mm, which are beyond the bottom of the cup, or are white and shiny, and no more than 3 mm are allowed.

10. Die printing: The cup body shows the hidden print of the record line, and it is not allowed to have it if it is obvious in the horizontal view.

11. Shrinkage of the cup body: refers to the uneven cup body. It is not allowed to have the cup body that is obviously flat.

12. Scrub and scratch: Scrub refers to the friction between the glass and the diameter of the glass, leaving a tarnishing mark on the glass body. It is not allowed to have the obvious mark on the surface. Scratches refer to the scratches on the surface of the glass body caused by the collision between glasses. The shiny ones are not allowed.
