1、 Introduction
Mai Tai originated in 1944 and was created by Victor Bergeron, the founder of the restaurant. In order to entertain friends from Tahiti, it was improvised with rum, Jundu and almond syrup. After drinking this cup, friends in Tahiti could not help shouting "maita iro a ae" (in Tahiti, it means excellent), hence the name，glass cookware .
Later, Mai Tai of Beauty ushered in the peak of his life in the film. In Elvis Presley's film Blue Hawaii, the appearance of Mai Tai as a prop has made it more famous and popular. In the 1960s, it became popular in restaurants and bars and became a major selling point.
2、 Raw materials
30ml white rum, 30ml black rum, 15ml liqueur, 15ml orange liqueur, 30ml lime juice, 10ml red pomegranate syrup, 30ml fresh orange juice, and some ice
3、 Step
1. Frozen cup;
2. Pour the above materials into the snow bottle in turn;
3. Shake;
4. Pour into the glass and decorate.
