Glass products are a general term for daily necessities and industrial products made of glass as the main raw material,Glass product    .

Glass is a relatively transparent solid substance, which forms a continuous network structure during melting, and gradually increases in viscosity during cooling and hardens without crystallizing silicate non-metallic materials
Glass products are widely used in construction, daily use, medical, chemical, household, electronics, instrumentation, nuclear engineering and other fields.

Classification
The simple classification of glass is mainly divided into flat glass and special glass. Flat glass is mainly divided into three types: the pull-up flat glass (with groove and without groove), the flat-draw flat glass and the float glass. Due to the uniform thickness of float glass, flat and parallel upper and lower surfaces, high labor productivity and favorable management, float glass is becoming the mainstream of glass manufacturing methods. There are many varieties of special glass, and the following are explained according to the common varieties in decoration:

ordinary flat glass
1. 3-4 millimeters of glass, mm is also called millimeters in daily life. The 3cm glass we are talking about refers to glass with a thickness of 3mm. Glass of this size is mainly used for the surface of picture frames.

plate glass
2. 5-6 millimeters of glass, mainly used for small-area light-transmitting shapes such as exterior wall windows, door leaves, etc.
3. 7-9 cm glass is mainly used for indoor screens and other large-area shapes with frame protection.
4. 9-10 cm glass can be used for indoor large-area partitions, railings and other decoration projects.
5. 11-12 cm glass can be used for floor spring glass doors and some partitions with a large flow of people.
6. Glass above 15 cm is generally less sold on the market and often needs to be ordered. It is mainly used for the entire glass wall of the outer wall of the floor spring glass door with a large area.

Special glass
1. Tempered glass. It is a kind of prestressed glass which is reprocessed from ordinary flat glass. Compared with ordinary flat glass, tempered glass has two major characteristics: 1) The strength of the former is several times that of the latter, the tensile strength is more than 3 times that of the latter, and the impact resistance is more than 5 times that of the latter. 2) Tempered glass is not easy to be broken, even if it is broken, it will be broken in the form of particles without acute angles, which greatly reduces the damage to the human body.
2, frosted glass. It is also sanded and processed on ordinary flat glass. Generally, the thickness is less than 9 centimeters, and the thickness is more than 5 and 6 centimeters.
3. Sandblasted glass. The performance is basically similar to that of frosted glass, but the different frosting is sandblasting. Because the two are visually similar, many homeowners and even renovation professionals confuse them.

patterned glass
4. Patterned glass. It is a kind of flat glass made by rolling method. Its biggest feature is that it is transparent and opaque, and it is mostly used in decoration areas such as toilets.
5. Wired glass. It is a kind of impact-resistant flat glass made of metal wire or metal mesh embedded in the glass plate by the rolling method. When it is hit, it will only form radial cracks and will not fall and hurt people. Therefore, it is mostly used in high-rise buildings and factories with strong vibration.
6. Insulating glass. Most of the two pieces of glass are kept at a certain interval by gluing method. The interval is dry air, and the periphery is sealed with sealing material. It is mainly used in decoration projects with sound insulation requirements.
7. Laminated glass. Laminated glass is generally composed of two ordinary flat glass (it can also be tempered glass or other special glass) and an organic glue layer between the glass. When damaged, the debris still adheres to the adhesive layer, avoiding the damage to the human body caused by the debris splashing. It is mostly used for decoration projects with safety requirements.
8. Bulletproof glass. In fact, it is a kind of laminated glass, but the glass is mostly made of tempered glass with higher strength, and the number of interlayers is relatively large. It is mostly used in decoration projects with very high safety requirements, such as banks or luxury houses.
9. Hot bending glass. Curved glass made of flat glass heated and softened in a mold and then annealed. The frequency of appearing in some advanced decoration is getting higher and higher, it needs to be booked and there is no stock.
10. Glass bricks. The production process of glass brick is basically the same as that of flat glass, the difference is the molding method. In between is dry air. It is mostly used in decorative projects or light-transmitting shapes with thermal insulation requirements.

cellophane
11. Cellophane. Also called glass membrane, it comes in a variety of colors and designs. According to the different properties of the paper film, it has different properties. Most of them play the role of heat insulation, anti-infrared, anti-ultraviolet, explosion-proof and so on.

production material
1. Sandstone: Sedimentary rock formed by cementation of quartz (SiO2) particles
2. Silica sand: natural sand with quartz as the main component
3. Feldspar: a general term for the minerals of the brick aluminate feldspar group containing potassium, sodium and calcium.
4. Limestone: calcium carbonate rock
5. Dolomite: double salt rock of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate
6. Fluorite: a natural mineral of calcium fluoride
7. Soda ash: anhydrous sodium carbonate
8. Glauber's salt: anhydrous sodium sulfate
9. Carbon powder: powder with carbon as the main component

In addition, there are melting inhibitors, clarifying agents, oxidizing agents, reducing agents, coloring agents, decolorizing agents, etc.
Construction Notes
1. During transportation, be sure to fix and add soft pads. It is generally recommended to use the erect method for transportation. The driving of the vehicle should also pay attention to maintaining a stable and medium-to-slow speed.
2. If the other side of the glass installation is closed, pay attention to cleaning the surface before installation. It is best to use a special glass cleaner, and it is best to use clean construction gloves when installing it.
3. The installation of glass should be fixed with silicone sealant. In the installation of windows, etc., it also needs to be used in conjunction with rubber sealing strips.
4. After the construction is completed, it is necessary to attach anti-collision warning signs. Generally, stickers, colored electrical tapes, etc. can be used as reminders.
